Felt Care:
For small stains, dampen towel with cool water and a mild detergent. Blot the stain gently - avoid rubbing which can damage the fibers. Rinse with a a clean cloth dampened with cool water. Let air dry.

For larger stains, fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of mild detergent. Gently submerge the item into the soapy water and let it soak for a few minutes. Gently agitate the water with your hands to help clean the felt. Do not scrub or wring out to prevent damage to the fibers. Rinse in clean, cool water until all soap is removed. Press between two clean towels to remove excess water - do not twist or wring out. Lay flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Reshape if necessary.

Wood Care:
Surface clean only with a dry soft cloth. To clean small stains, use a slightly damp cloth and if necessary, a mild detergent. Wipe all spills immediately and avoid using any abrasive cleaning agents or scrubs, including ammonia- or alcohol-based formulas.
